Preventative Control Plan

 

The Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) require that certain food businesses prepare, keep, maintain and implement a written preventive control plan (PCP) to demonstrate how hazards and risks to food are addressed.

We provide a HACCP based approach, specifically designed to streamline to meet CFIA expectations for compliance, formatting and terminology

FOODSAFE Level 1 and Level 2 training and certification. The courses cover food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing
